Meredith Whittaker joins QuTwo as a board advisor

Meredith is the President of the Signal Technology Foundation, a member of Nokia's Board of Directors, and was listed among TIME's 100 most influential people in AI in 2023 and 2024.

She previously spent 13 years at Google, where she founded the Open Research group and co-founded M-Lab, was Minderoo Research Professor at New York University, faculty director and co-founder of the AI Now Institute, and senior advisor on AI to FTC Chair Lina Khan. Few people have thought as hard about who controls AI infrastructure, and who it serves.
